With the success of grants, Kerrobert Courthouse Restoration Society (KCRS), and the incredible support of the community we are able to start in the spring with Phase 1 of the front stair project. Thank you to everyone that has supported this project and fundraising efforts so far.

The selective demolition and restoration of the stair side walls with new foundations under them will be just shy of $40,000.00 and a company has been chosen for that work. The Town will be re-tendering the main staircase building in the near future in hopes of getting a better outcome than those that were received in 2021.
