Public Works
Responsibilities
The Public Works Department provides residents with a variety of services. They are responsible for:
- Brush pick-up (seasonal)
- Grass cutting and forestry
- Park and parkway maintenance
- Sewer repair and maintenance
- Snow and ice removal
- Street maintenance
The Public Works Department also operates the Town of Kerrobert Landfill and maintains all Town-owned vehicles and facilities.

Landfill
**No Batteries are allowed to be disposed of in the Landfill**
Please note that at this time we are making every effort to reduce likelihood of transferring the COVID 19 virus. Staff will ask your name when you arrive and payment will only be accepted in the form or debit or credit card and preferably with tap.

Summer Landfill Hours
April 1st – October 31st
Tuesdays: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Winter Landfill Hours
November 1st – March 31st
Thursdays: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
