An incentive for [up to] a $2,000 reimbursement for exterior improvement, available to all Kerrobert businesses with a physical storefront. All you need to do is:
- Fill out an application
- Make visible exterior improvements to your storefront
- Submit your receipts to the Town Office.
- Submit a BEFORE and AFTER picture of your business curb appeal.
- Upon approval from Council, receive up to $2,000 back!
Disbursements are first come, first serve, upon approval of Council. Over a 2-year period, please submit attached application (or until funding runs out)
Examples of Eligible Improvements: (not limited to)
• Exterior painting or siding
• New signage or sign refurbishing
• Window or door upgrades
• Lighting or awnings
• Planters, benches, or other decorative touches
Conditions:
• Must have a storefront in Kerrobert
• For reimbursement, valid receipts MUST be submitted. No receipt, no reimbursement.
• Must complete improvements within 6 months of approval
• Only one application per business
