Public Notice is hereby given that personal information submitted to the Town of Kerrobert could become a part of public council or committee agenda or meeting, and could be published to the Town of Kerrobert website once minutes are adopted.
Please consider this notice when you determine what personal information you would like to include in any correspondence when you send to the Town of Kerrobert.
This notice is in accordance with subsection 25(2) of Local Authority Freedom of Information & Privacy Act which provides: 25(2) A local authority that collects personal information that is required by subsection (1) to be collected directly from an individual shall, where reasonable practical, inform the individual of the purpose for which the information is collected.
